Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at contact@battlerifle.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@battlerifle.com.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
